To make sure your bread doesnât stick to your loaf pans, give it a light coating of oil. Depending on your type of bread, you can either spray on your oil, or brush it with butter or EVOO. Butter adds more taste and texture, and is suited for sweeter breads.
It is also important that you do not fill your loaf pan to the edges. Give your dough room to expand. This will make sure that your bread will be evenly baked with a nice dome like shape.
