cast iron cookware

When I got married, I decided to follow my passion in cooking. I took some classes to hone my skills as a chef. Prior to taking lessons I was already a good cook. After my cooking lessons, I realized my cookware was not ideal and lacking. I decide to “invest” in some cooking items. The first “investment” I did was a cast iron cookware set. Since one thing I hate about cooking is cooking in a dented pan. This won’t happen when it’s made of cast iron.
A cast iron cookware set will last you a lifetime. It’s so strong and durable you can drop it on the floor and nothing will happen to it. I’m not so sure about your floor though. A cast iron cookware is so hard and tough it might crack your tiles if you indeed try dropping it on the floor.
