More and more people are into cooking. One of the must have cooking gear is cast iron cookware. Once you tried using cast iron, you’ll instantly be a convert. After using a cast iron griller, I began to collect other cast iron cookware. Now my set includes a couple of skillets, a dutch oven, a griller and a cast iron bacon press.
A cast iron bacon press will make sure your bacon will be fully cooked. It can also be used to flatten sandwiches and burgers. It will give your sandwiches and burgers that nice burned grill marks. A cast iron bacon press can also be used on steaks. It is sturdy and easy to clean.
