All-clad cookware
November 17th, 2009
Cast iron cookware may be great for grilling and frying and has the advantage of non-stick qualities but it needs special cleaning care. You will not want to use metal utensils that can scrape the surface; nor scrubbing pads that will diminish the coating. This puts cast iron cookware at a disadvantage to stainless steel cookware.
Stainless steel cookware is durable and easy to maintain. It is light and clean looking which makes it easy to work with. Food will not react with stainless steel. All-clad cookware is made of stainless steel that is certified to meet National Standard ISO 9000. It is available in a variety of finishes that will blend beautifully in any kitchen.
