grill pans

More and more people are health conscious. They watch what they eat and prepare the food accordingly. The healthiest way to cook is to steam and grill. I, myself, love grilled foods. I have a couple of grill pans in my house plus a barbeque pit. Ever so often I throw a barbeque party with friends and family.
I use my grill pans a couple of times a week. My favorite food is steak. I can’t see myself not eating steaks. I just love meat. My favorite is a big thick slab of t bone. Just add some pepper and salt and my secret ingredient and it’s good to go. I served it hot with herbed butter. It might not be healthy but at least I grilled it.
