It’s not hard to find a stainless steel cookware set in the market today. You can get a very basic set which has about 7 pieces, or a bigger and more complete sets. You can prepare for dinner for two to a dinner party for your friends with the best cookware you have.
There is other cookware available like copper, aluminum, and cast iron, and ceramic. But the stainless steel cookware is still preferred by many chefs and cooks. Stainless steel is extremely durable, non porous and easy to clean. It is dent and scratch resistant, and easy to maintain. It doesn’t react to foods so you don’t have to worry about any toxins. The only drawback is that it is not a very good heat conductor.
