So, you are interested in setting up your own restaurant. What a grand idea. The restaurant business is one of businesses where you can recoup your return of investment (ROI) in a short time. This presupposes that you have some experience in running a restaurant and the management skill to work with people.
Starting a restaurant business is difficult from the beginning. You will need all sorts of equipment that could drain your finances if not chosen carefully. Sure, you need commercial freezers, but should you plunk your money on hi-tech, expensive models? Will not a standard no frills model satisfy your needs. Should you even get a brand new one if a second hand item will serve your needs?
