There are quite a few Martha Stewart and Nigella clones in our midst. They are the super cooks who will feel just as comfortable cooking savory dishes as baking cakes and pastries. Most other mortals will be good at cooking dishes while others will not be parted from their oven and cake cooling rack. Oh, and there are others who just want to collect all the nice pots and pans and keep updating the look of their kitchen. They leave the actual cooking to somebody else.
Cooking may be a chore to most people but they are actually therapeutic fun for others. They find satisfaction in cutting up ingredients and organizing them in bowls on the kitchen counter. They find it especially fun when they are trying out new kitchen gadgets. They are like toys that they will either treasure for the rest of their cooking days or banish into the trash can. The best fun of all is the satisfaction of coming out with a perfect dish that will be enjoyed by the whole family.
