My favorite comfort food is pizza. I never tire of eating pizza at least once a week. I even delight in watching the pizza being made and baked in the brick oven. I often see the chefs use a baking stone in making pizza. This baking stone is something I don’t often see, this is used mostly be professional chefs.

A baking stone makes the pizza or the bread come out better. The bottom crusts are light and crunchy and no longer burnt. This is because the baking stone absorbs more moisture than a cookie sheet or pan. The baking stone allows the pizza or the bread to heat evenly all over. This is one kitchen product a chef could use if he plans to open a pizza joint.
