Use the right tool for the right job. Meat cleaver knives are designed to cut meat a lot easier compared to other conventional knives. These are heavy knives that will allow you to cut meat and bones without too much effort.

Normally, they come with 3 x 8 inch stainless steel curved blades with planed edges. They are made from high carbon stainless steel with walnut handles to give you a comfortable grip.
