There’s no doubt about it! Kids just love macaroni. Actually, any pasta that has a creamy, cheesy sauce is enough to get them hooked. Here is an easy 15-minute recipe for a saucy and cheesy baked mac.
1. Brown ground beef with garlic and onions, add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. 2. Add cooked macaroni, (to make sure it is al dente, why not make your own macaroni with a pasta machine?) mix well. 3. In a saucepan, heat butter and flour, add milk. Mix briskly to avoid lumps. Let it thicken. Put mac and beef combo in baking dish with milk mixture. Cover with cheese strips. Bake in 375-degree oven for about 15 minutes.
