Cooking For a Party

My daughter Ria had her 7th birthday party. My husband and I had her pick a theme and she said she wanted it “RED”. As in the color red. That was so unique of her to pick the usual cartoon themes so we agreed wholeheartedly and went ahead with it. We planned to give her our full support so we got into the thick of things.
We planned a menu that included things that are red. I made salsa; thanks to the help of my tomato chopper I was able to do a huge batch quickly. We also made pizza with red bell peppers, Hawaiin Punch, and hotdogs. I also made some red Jell-O. The kids came in their best red outfits. It was such a blast!
