The Many Uses of Coffee Mugs

It is amazing how people have found creative uses for coffee mugs. They are still favorite containers of a hot steaming mug of coffee. It is the right size for the amount of coffee that will perk us up and send us off to work. It has the right handle; it fits perfectly in our hands. But we have seen other uses for the ubiquitous mug.
I have one on my desk where I store pencils and pens. I use it in the kitchen as a measuring cup. I have received gifts with the mug as the container. Decorative coffee mugs are lined up on shelves and used as decoration. There are more. They are used to store coins, as a flower pot, etc.
