stainless steel griddle

In our family, Sunday morning breakfast always meant a batch of pancakes, a plate of ham or bacon and some fruits. I wake up ahead of the others, prepare some pancake batter and reach for the stainless steel griddle. One by one, the pancakes cook in the griddle while I fry some bacon in another pan. In no time at all breakfast is ready. Just in time, for the rest of the brood is starting to fill the breakfast table.
A griddle has been indispensable in my kitchen. Over the years I have had different kinds of griddles – cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum. My favorite is a non-stick one with stay cool handles. With this pan, cooking has never been easier. I don’t have to reach for the potholder and cleanup is a breeze.
