When my daughters started to live on their own, they started to buy their own things. They were determined to get the best of whatever they needed. Their list was not long. They wanted only basic things. For one, they were not into collecting things the way mothers do. For another, they had limited storage.
In the kitchen they just needed two knives, a chef’s knife and a paring knife. Because they wanted the best, they got Kershaw knives. Kershaw Knives is a company that designs and manufactures a range of knives including kitchen knives. It belongs in the Japanese KAI Group, an award winning company recognized for their high quality products.
