Coffee mugs are containers that are used by people to drink their coffee in. There are many different materials used to manufacture coffee mugs. The most common include porcelain, stainless steel, plastic and glass. I was recently given a tomato coffee mug for my birthday by a friend from the office. He knows about my addiction to coffee as well as my fascination for tomatoes. He definitely knows how to choose his gifts.
The tomato coffee mug that he gave me has an 11 ounce capacity and is made from porcelain. This custom coffee mug with a tomato motif is perfect for sipping my brew while watching my tomatoes grow. It is dishwasher and microwave safe and the colors of the tomato are permanently baked into the mug’s exterior surface. It is colored white with an orange colored tomato in the center of the mug.
