Instead of throwing the usual party for my seven year old daughter, I decided to throw in a new twist to the gathering. I invited all her friends and would hold the party in our own kitchen. We will be baking for the entire day, and I will be giving them the freedom to decorate their own cakes and cookies, which they will be eating up afterwards. This interactive party will allow for lots of fun, and also enhance the creativity of the children.
My daughter was pretty excited with y idea, and immediately told all her friends about it. I got some baking supplies online and prepared everything else we needed. I taught them the steps in making cupcakes, cookies and sweet bars, aside from making their very own chocolate which they can stuff in their loot bags to take home. The kids were too happy with the party, and even told me they will be asking their own mothers to have a baking session in their own home as well!
