Cooking with waterless cookware means less oil, less time and effort. It means that we are getting more flavor and nutrients from the food that we eat. Cooking the traditional way, which is with water, removes more food nutrients, taste and color. With waterless frying pans and sauce pans we can avoid all these. But we need to understand this new kind of cookware.
Waterless cookware needs to have certain features. It should consist of multi- ply materials. Usually it has an outside ply that consists of stainless steel and inside plies made of aluminum. In this way it takes advantage of the excellent qualities of both materials. The cookware also comes with a valve that will tell you when to make adjustments in the heat.
